A SOFTWARE COMPANY WORKING ON HUMAN RESOURCES IN IZMIR : ALMEDIA

Again, this company, founded by two young computer engineers, has grown primarily project-oriented like many technology startups, and due to the past experience of the founding friends, they chose HR software as the main subject and started to work with Turkey’s largest and most corporate companies… As of 2025, the company is working with more than 40 large corporate companies.

However, institutionalization efforts, which could not keep pace with the rapidly growing structure of the company, lagged far behind the requirements. The company came to SimpleX with demands for institutionalization and change, and work started after the contract. After the internal launch of the project and the identification of a project code name and a project team, the first analyses were started to prepare the MDA analysis. First of all, a “Memorandum of Expectations” was prepared with the partners, SİmpleX stated its expectations in return, and after a mutual handshake, an agreement on expectations was reached

Again in this company, by adhering to our SimpleX Strategy Atlas methodology; first of all, interviews were held with all company stakeholders, Financial statements were examined (by a CPA affiliated with SimpleX) The “Company Values” of the company were reworked, reorganized, SWOT, Business Model Canvas and PESTEL analyzes were followed by a 3DP Analysis… After these analyzes, 3DPs were determined, these were first transformed into decisions, then plans, then actions and these actions were transferred to KPIs

In this project, it was seen that there were serious problems especially in job descriptions and workflows and authority-responsibilities and these issues were especially addressed… All process maps were redefined, simplified and documented with a 5-month work

In addition, simultaneously with all these activities, the sales team was trained on the methodology and methods of “Winning Complex Sales” in this project and a talented colleague from the Customer Services Unit was also paved the way for the transfer of a talented colleague from the Customer Services Unit to the sales group.

The project is still ongoing and all feedback from internally and from customers is that the project is going very well.
