SimpleX Consulting was founded in 2023 by Cüneyt Ersin. Cüneyt Ersin was born in 1965 in Izmir. He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering. On top of that; he completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Istanbul University, Institute of Business Economics. Then; he completed a second graduate program in Information Systems Management in Vancouver, Canada between 1989-1991.
Ersin, who started his business life at BEKOTEKNİK (Today BEKO-ARÇELİK) of Koç Holding, founded EgePorcan, then EgePorcan, today Univera in 1992. Founded with 4 people, the company has turned into a software giant with a staff of nearly 200 people and a turnover of over 10 million USD as of 2023.
In June 2023, Cüneyt Ersin sold his shares in UNIVERA to a FinTech company (PARAM) in which 4 major European funds are partners and established his own consultancy company SimpleX Consultancy in order to transfer his 33 years of business experience to new companies.
During his 30 years of Univera experience, Cüneyt Ersin was always at the head of his company (first as General Manager, then as CEO) and was closely involved in all departments of the company. From software analysis to software production, from product management to customer services, from human resources to marketing and sales, from corporate communication to finance; Cüneyt Ersin has participated in the institutionalization of Univera and gained a great deal of management experience by continuously improving all processes of the company for 30 years.
Univera is a software company specialized in Supply Chain Management, Sales Automation and Customer Service. Its software is used by the biggest companies in different sectors in Turkey and around the world. As a result, every project Univera offers to its customers is a Productivity, Optimization and Industrial Engineering project.
What we want to do now is to realize these Efficiency, Optimization and Industrial Engineering projects in other companies.
