A SOFTWARE HOUSE WORKING ON PRODUCTION, ENERGY AND AGRICULTURE MONITORING IN IZMIR: CORPEX

In the project that lasted 36 weeks within the scope of our methodological work called Strategic Management Atlas in our customer working on industrial software; first of all, interviews were held with all company stakeholders, Financial statements were examined (by a CPA affiliated with SimpleX) The “Company Values” of the company were reworked, reorganized, a 3BP Analysis was made after SWOT, BusinessModelCanvas and PESTEL analyzes… After these analyzes, 3BP was determined, these were first transformed into decisions, then plans, then actions and these actions were transferred to KPIs.

On the other hand, Product Management studies were carried out and “strategies-targets-plans and actions” were prepared and implemented to make the products perfect for each customer group…

In addition, 2 separate small projects on HR and Financial Management (parallel to the main project) were carried out simultaneously with all these activities.

In addition to all these efforts, the sales team was trained on the “Winning Complex Sales” methodology and methods, and a talented colleague from the Customer Services Unit was given the opportunity to move to the sales group.

In Week 40 (with a delay of 4 weeks), the project was completed and the project closing report was published… By the end of 2024, the company’s EBITDA had increased by 11% compared to the previous year… As a result of the analysis of the Staff and Customer Satisfaction surveys we conducted at the end of the project, it was reported to the customer that there were significant positive developments.
