The entire Market Entry Strategy of the company, which was founded by 2 well-established industrialists and 3 young entrepreneur engineers in Izmir and planned to produce electric vehicles, was created by SimpleX.
In the management consulting methods applied to the company, the analysis tools in the main workflow developed by SimpleX were utilized, but in this study, more emphasis was placed on Product-Market Fit and the creation of a “Go To Market Strategy”. The study started with the company’s mission-vision and company values, followed by a PESTLE, BM Canvas, SWOT analyses, especially the “Competitive Analysis” part was given great importance in this project and 6-7 different studies were combined and adapted to 3 BP -> 3 BD analysis, and the entire Go-To-Market Plan was built on these 3 BDs.
All strategy maps were translated into action plans… In this way, the company’s Prototype and MVP processes were accelerated and the team worked in much more coordination…
After all these 28 weeks of work, 5 electric vehicles were prepared as prototypes, more than 20 domestic and foreign investors were interviewed… 1 Foreign Strategic Investor and 2 domestic VCs were brought to the stage of receiving TermSheet… Currently, the details of the investment round continue to be discussed with investor companies.
