Ali Özel, who graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Education, started his career with Eczacıbaşı Pharmaceutical Marketing (EİP) in 1990 and gained great experience in sales and marketing.
After EİP, Ali Özel joined Bristol Myers Squibb in 1995 and worked as training manager and sales manager until 2010, gaining experience in product promotion strategies, marketing the same product to companies from different cultures, people management and sales coaching.
In 2010, Ali Özel switched to the education sector and specialized in sales-marketing trainings, management and sales coaching. Since 2015, he has also specialized in the management training of leading engineers and Blue Collar Leaders (foremen, shift supervisors, team leaders, foremen, etc.) working in production.
Ali Özel is a member of TEGEP Education and Development Platform Association.
