In 1999, Senem SUNAR graduated from Dokuz Eylül University “Electrical & Electronics Engineering” department and started her professional career in the same year as a “Planning Engineer” in the Radio Network Optimization team at Turkcell İletişim Hiz. A.Ş. as a “Planning Engineer” in the Radio Network Optimization team. In a very short time, she was promoted to “Technical Teams Planning Manager” and during the 17 years she worked there, she gained experience in many different fields, especially in “GSM Technology” and “Human Resources Management” (Team management & success, competency-based recruitment, performance management, etc.).
During her time at Turkcell, she completed her MBA in “Management Organization / Human Resources” and also completed “Education and Life Coaching – ICF Accreditation” programs.
In 2016, after working as a “Senior Recruiter” at “Mento HR Human Resources”, he continued his professional life in Punteks, KentKart and Zero Density companies respectively.
She currently provides consultancy support to companies in the fields of Technical Project Management and Human Resources.
